WULFF-GROUP PLC PROVIDES FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT THE ACQUISITION OF STRÅLFORS 
SUPPLIES AB                                                                     

The turnover of the acquired company, Strålfors Supplies AB, totalled SEK 143.2 
million (EUR 13.1 million) and its operating profit SEK 3.9 million (EUR 0.4    
million) on 31 May 2009. The business of Strålfors Supplies AB has developed as 
expected in the first part of 2009.                                             

The company has a good financial position. On 31 May 2009, Strålfors Supplies   
AB's assets amounted to pro forma SEK 66 million (EUR 6 million) and its        
non-interest-bearing liabilities to pro forma SEK 38 million (EUR 3.5 million). 
The acquisition will increase the pro forma balance sheet of the Wulff-Group    
approximately from EUR 38 million to EUR 41 million.                            

Following the acquisition, Strålfors AB will still hold 20% of Strålfors        
Supplies AB's shares, which Wulff-Group Plc will purchase in 2011. The share    
price will depend on the development of Strålfors Supplies AB's business        
profitability.
