Egidaco Investments PLC Group has published the Consolidated Financial
Statements and Independent Auditor's Report for the year 2008. 

The independent auditors (PriceWaterhouseCoopers) have issued unqualified audit
opinion on IFRS Consolidated Financial Statements.
