It has been decided to apply for the enrollment of the bond issue into trading in the regulated market

On 10-07-2009 the bank finished the dissemination of the second bond issue under
the program of Non-equity Securities in the amount of LTL 100 million, the base 
prospectus of which was approved by Securities Commission of the Republic of    
Lithuania on 11-02-2009. 12,198 units of discounted bonds of EUR 100 nominal    
value were disseminated (securities ISIN code LT100401240). The issue currency -
euro, period - 370 days, interest - 7.8 per cent annual, total nominal value EUR
1,219,800 and maturity date - 15-07-2010. By the resolution of the Bank's Board 
as of 13-07-2009 the application regarding the bond issue enrollment into the   
Debt Securities List will be submitted to the AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius.
