Release of a Voting Rights announcement

L. Possehl & Co. mbH, Lübeck, Germany, informed us on 10 July 2009
pursuant to the provisions of Art. 27a WphG (German Securities Trade Act)
that the proportion of voting rights they hold in elexis AG, Wenden,
Germany, ISIN: DE0005085005, WKN: 508500, has exceeded the limit of 15%.
This proportion of voting rights is attributable to the foundation of
Possehl-Stiftung, Lübeck, Germany. The following information pursuant to
Art. 27a clause1 WphG is provided in the name and on behalf of L.Possehl &
Co. mbH and the foundation of Possehl-Stiftung:

*The investment is a long-term financial investment. It is not directed at
achieving trading profits.

*Depending upon the future development of the stock price of elexis AG, the
acquisition of additional voting rights by the organization which is
subject to the reporting obligation is under consideration.

*Currently the organization which is subject to the reporting obligation
does not strive to influence the staffing of administrative, managerial
and/or supervisory units of the issuing company.

*The organization which is subject to the reporting obligation does not
strive to make any major change to the capital structure of the company, in
particular with respect to the relationship between equity and outside
capital and dividend policy.

*All funds used to acquire shares originate from free liquid funds of the
organization which is subject to the reporting obligation and are therefore
their own resources.
