Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On July 10, 2009 , Possehl-Stiftung, Lübeck, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on elexis AG, Wenden, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005085005, WKN: 508500,
have exceeded the 15% limit of the Voting Rights on July 08, 2009  and now
amount to 15.10% (this corresponds to 1389170 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 15.10%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1389170 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from L. Possehl & Co. mbH, Lübeck, Deutschland 
.
