ALDATA AND GROUPE GRANDVISION RESOLVE 2002 CONTRACTUAL DISPUTE

Aldata Solution S.A.S. and Groupe GrandVision are pleased to announce
that relations between the two companies have been fully restored
following a contractual dispute that originated in 2002. Both
companies have agreed to take no further actions in the matter and
that there are no liabilities or outstanding issues between them.
