Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Mr. Theodorus Bernardus Henricus Ruzette, Netherlands, informed us on July
21, 2009 according to section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG as following:
Pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, I hereby notify that my percentage of
voting rights in Beate Uhse AG exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on 31st
March 2009 and amounts to 9.08745% (7,095,000 voting rights) as per this
date.
7,090,000 voting rights arose from the transaction of Global Vastgoed B.V.
with Beate Uhse AG and 5,000 voting rights arose from the earlier bought
shares of Beate Uhse AG by Global Vastgoed B.V. before 31st March 2009.
Of these voting rights 9.08745% (7,095,000 voting rights) are to be
attributed to me pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
Voting rights that are to be attributed to me are held via the following
companies which are controlled by me and whose holdings of voting rights
amount to 3% each or more in Beate Uhse AG:
Global Vastgoed B.V.
Th.B.H. Ruzette Holding B.V.

Mr. Walter Johannes Maria Kroes, Netherlands, informed us on July 21, 2009
according to section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG as following:
Pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, I hereby notify that my percentage of
voting rights in Beate Uhse AG exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on 31st
March 2009 and amounts to 9.08745% (7,095,000 voting rights) as per this
date.
7,090,000 voting rights arose from the transaction of Global Vastgoed B.V.
with Beate Uhse AG and 5,000 voting rights arose from the earlier bought
shares of Beate Uhse AG by Global Vastgoed B.V. before 31st March 2009.
Of these voting rights 9.08745% (7,095,000 voting rights) are to be
attributed to me pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
