Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on plenum AG, Wiesbaden, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0006901002, WKN: 690100, have fallen below the 3% limit of the
Voting Rights on July 17, 2009  and on that day amount to 2.38% (this
corresponds to 280000 Voting Rights).
