Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On July 24, 2009 , Mr Pius Pflügler, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
plenum AG, Wiesbaden, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006901002, WKN: 690100, have
fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on July 17, 2009  and on
that day amount to 2.38% (this corresponds to 280000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.38% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 280000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Pflügler  from  via msg group GmbH, Ismaning, mgs systems
ag, Ismaning and  COR AG Financial Technologieis, Leinfelden-Echterdingen
