AS Tallinna Vesi concluded Services Agreement negotiations with the City of Tallinn

AS Tallinna Vesi has today concluded negotiations with the City of Tallinn
regarding changes to the Services Agreement. To reflect the fall in
construction prices and in the spirit of cooperation, the parties have agreed a
new compensation schedule that will reduce the amount to be paid and the length
of the payment period by three and a half years. In addition, the parties have
agreed to amend some Levels of Service to make them consistent with changes in
law made since the contract was signed.
