Alliance Bank Remodels Mall Drive Location

ST. PAUL, MN--(Marketwire - July 31, 2009) - Alliance Bank, a privately owned community bank with over $700 million in assets, announced today the recent remodeling of its branch at 2728 Mall Drive in Eau Claire, WI.

The bank at the Mall Drive location was originally built in 1971. The extensive remodel allowed Alliance Bank to update its look and create office space for additional tenants. Catholic Area Schools Administration offices will occupy one of the two new office spaces; the other is available for lease.

The remodel gives the bank a fresh clean look. Designed in rich grey tones, the renovations include new tile, upgraded bathrooms, energy efficient lighting and new artwork. Major construction was done during evenings and weekends to avoid any customer inconvenience. The total project took two months.

To celebrate the completion, Alliance Bank will be hosting a Grand Reopening/Customer Appreciation Day event for its customers on August 24th from 4 to 6 p.m.
