Stuttgart, 31 July 2009. After more than ten years as a member of the
Celesio management board, Stefan Meister, Deputy Chairman of the Management
Board and Personnel Relations Officer of Celesio AG, will leave by mutual
agreement. Meister will resign with effect of 15/08/2009. This was today
agreed upon by the personnel committee of the Celesio AG. Meister has been
in charge of the pharmacy business of the Celesio AG the past years,
including Apotheke DocMorris. The supervisory board will decide shortly
upon a successor for Meister.
