On August 04, 2009 , Ms Christa  Schorr, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB,
have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on July 21, 2009  and on
that day amount to 4.48% (this corresponds to 363012 Voting Rights).
