Salcomp Plc Stock Exchange Release 11 August 2009 at 8:30 Finnish time SALCOMP PLC STOCK OPTIONS 2007C DISTRIBUTED FOR KEY PERSONNEL The Board of Directors of Salcomp Plc approved the distribution of stock options 2007C, issued by the 2007 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to the Group key personnel. A total of 637,500 stock options 2007C were distributed to 53 people of Salcomp's key personnel. The share subscription period for stock options 2007C will be 1 April 2012—31 March 2014. The share subscription price for stock option 2007C is the trade volume weighted average quotation of the Company share on the NASDAQ OMX in Helsinki during twenty (20) trading days after the publishing of the Company's financial statements for the financial year 2008. The share subscription price for stock options 2007C is EUR 1.47. Dividends distributed annually will be deducted from the share subscription prices. In accordance with the Board resolution, the share subscription period for the stock option 2007C will begin on 1 April 2012, at the earliest, provided that the total shareholder return of Salcomp Plc (value increase + dividends) has been at least 8% per annum.
