8 ounces of Welch's brand White Grape Peach juice
1 cup Dreyer's fat-free frozen yogurt
1 1/4 cups crushed ice
4 frozen or fresh peach slices
1 Tablespoon of shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)

8 ounces of V8 brand V-Fusion Acai Mixed Berry juice
1 cup Dreyer's fat-free frozen yogurt
1 1/4 cups crushed ice
3 frozen or fresh strawberries
1/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
2 inch piece of banana

Mango Me©


4 ounces Zola brand Acai juice
4 ounces Welch's brand Mango juice
1 cup Dreyer's fat-free frozen yogurt
1 1/4 cups crushed ice
3 inch piece of banana
2 Tablespoons of shredded coconut


1. Measure juice in blender jar. Add in yogurt. Add in fruit.
2. Place ice cubes in a freezer bag and crush - a meat tenderizing mallet
   works well.
3. Add ice.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Drink and enjoy.

Each smoothie recipe yields about 24 ounces.
