The consolidated pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the 1st half of
the year 2009 prepared according to the International Financial Reporting
Standards: 

- Sales revenue for the 1st half of the year 2009 - LTL 714.0 million (EUR
206.8 million), for the 1st half of the year 2008 - LTL 780.8 million (EUR
226.1 million); 

- Profit before taxes for the 1st half of the year 2009 - LTL 65.9 million (EUR
19.1 million), for the 1st half of the year 2008 - LTL 84.5 million (EUR 24.5
million); 

- Net profit for the 1st half of the year 2009 - LTL 53.4 million (EUR 15.5
million), for the 1st half of the year 2008 - LTL 73.2 million (EUR 21.2
million).
