Changes in management boards and councils in Nordecon International Group key subsidiaries (as defined by exchange regulations): Nordecon Ehitus AS Nordecon Ehitus AS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nordecon International AS. The general meeting of shareholders of Nordecon Ehitus AS decided to recall from council the chairman Mr Alar Kroodo. Mr Andri Hõbemägi, who is also acting as a member of council of Nordecon International AS, was appointed as a new member of council of Nordecon Ehitus AS. A change in subsidiary's council leads to optimal solutions in chain of management and increased operational management. As a result the new chairman of council of Nordecon Ehitus AS is Mr Jaano Vink, current member of the council of Nordecon Ehitus AS and CEO of Nordecon International AS. Mr Alar Kroodo will continue as a council member of Nordecon International AS. Nordecon International is a group of construction companies whose core business is general contracting and construction management in the construction of buildings and infrastructures in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine.
