Action for rescission against the merger resolution adopted by the AGM on

Munich, 3 September 2009 - FJA AG has today received telephone notification
from Regional Court Munich I that an action for rescission has been
submitted against the resolution adopted by the AGM on 28 July 2009
concerning approval of the draft merger agreement between FJA AG as the
acquiring company and COR AG Financial Technologies as the transferring
company. This action for rescission has not yet been formally served on the
Company.
