Talvivaara Mining Company Plc. Director Dealings
Talvivaara Mining Company Plc ("the Company"), was notified on the
04th of September 2009 that between Tuesday 1st and Friday 04th of
September 2009, Saila Miettinen-Lähde, Chief Financial Officer, sold
250,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 4.37 EUR each.
Jyrso Oy, a company in which Jari Lähde, the husband of Saila
Miettinen-Lähde, holds a 70% interest, sold a total of 50,000
ordinary shares on 04 September 2009 at an average price of 4.39 EUR
each.
Following these transactions, Saila Miettinen-Lähde holds a total
beneficial interest in the Company of 518,640 shares, representing
0.21% of the voting rights attached to the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
