United Mailsolutions Holding AG sells operational Email marketing business
and focuses on investments in online marketing

Düsseldorf, 1st October 2009, United MailSolutions Holding AG has sold its
100% subsidiary United MailSolutions GmbH, Düsseldorf, including its
affiliated entities. The purchase price is an upper one digit million Euro
amount, including an earn out component which depends on the revenue to be
achieved in the fiscal year of 2009.
 
United MailSolutions Holding AG will further concentrate to invest in
online marketing businesses.
