According to S. 29 of the Danish Act on Securities Trading, we announce that on 7 October 2009 Jyske Bank was informed that Baillie Gifford & Co. Ltd. on 6 October 2009 reduced its holding of shares in Jyske Bank A/S to 2,669,701 shares of DKK 10, equalling 4.94% of the total share capital.
