New shares in Componenta have been entered into the Trade Register
A total of 6,500,000 new shares subscribed in the Componenta Corporation Share
Issue have been entered into the Trade Register today on 12 October 2009. The
new shares will produce shareholder rights from the date of their registration
onwards.
The number of the Company's shares will amount to 17,457,798 shares after the
Trade Register entry of the new shares. The shares entered into the Trade
Register will be applied for public listing around 13 October 2009.
