Derivatives: Anticipated adjustment due to extraordinary dividend in Elisa (56/09)

The following information is based on a press release from Elisa Oyj (Elisa)
published on October 23, 2009 and may be subject to change. 

The board of Elisa has decided, based on the authorization from the Annual
General Meeting (AGM), held on March 18, 2009, on an extraordinary distribution
of EUR 0.40. The scheduled Ex-date is October 26, 2009.  NASDAQ OMX Derivatives
Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options and forwards in Elisa.
