Haldex AB's Extra General Meeting (EGM) approved the proposed rights issue (1:1) whereby shareholders are entitled to (1) new share for every one (1) share held. The subscription price is set at SEK 23. The Ex-date is November 25, 2009. NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets has carried out a re-calculation of options and forwards in Haldex.
