Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG,
Neckarsulm, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005158703, WKN: 515870, have exceeded the
3%, 5%, 10% and 15% limit of the Voting Rights on December 18, 2009 and on
that day amounted to 18,47% (this corresponds to 3916507 Voting Rights).
