NEW YORK, Jan. 26, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Genesis Group Holdings Inc. (Pink Sheets:GGHO) (or the company) Purchased Digital Comm Inc on 20 Jan via an all stock transaction. Digital is a Florida based telecommunications infrastructure provider with several master contracts, including one with AT&T. Billy Caudill (CEO of Digital) and Gideon Taylor (CEO of Genesis) have known each other for over 20 years jointly stated (We view the building of Genesis as the best opportunity of our careers). Their careers go back for over 40 years and during that period they built Able Telcom Holding Corp., a strong public international telecommunications infrastructure company. Mr. Taylor stated, "We have been doing telcomm work all our lives and Billy has a lot of master contracts and excellent connections to build a company larger than Able."
