CCO Magali Depras and COO Søren Tolstrup have been appointed members of the Executive Board of Brødrene Hartmann A/S

The Board of Brødrene Hartmann A/S has appointed CCO Magali Depras and COO Søren
Tolstrup members of the Executive Board.

The Executive Board now consists of CEO Peter Arndrup Poulsen, CFO Tom Wrensted,
CCO Magali Depras and COO Søren Tolstrup.

The purpose of the expansion of the Executive Board is to strengthen the
management of the Hartmann Group and to continuously ensure a
customer-orientated decision-making process that is fully integrated and
co-ordinated with production and supply chain activities.

As previously announced (announcement no. 1/2010 of 5 January 2010), Tom
Wrensted will leave Hartmann by 30 April 2010 to take up his new position as CFO
with GEA Process Engineering. Hartmann is in the process of finding his
successor who will replace Tom Wrensted on the Executive Board.

CCO Magali Depras (41) has been employed with Hartmann since December 1991 and
is today head of all activities related to sales and marketing. She is a French
national and is based at Hartmann's main European sales office in Eschborn,
Germany.

COO Søren Tolstrup (35) has been employed with Hartmann since April 2004. Today,
he is head of all activities related to production and supply chain. Søren
Tolstrup is based at the corporate head office in Gentofte, Denmark.
