voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, ISIN:
DE0007289001, went above the threshold of 5% and that the percentage of
voting rights on that day amounted to 5.175% (592,302 shares). These voting
rights are directly held by Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC.

Threadneedle Investment Services Limited, London, UK, has notified us
pursuant to § 21 sec. 1 WpHG on 2 February 2010, that on 28 January 2010
the share of voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld,
Germany, ISIN: DE0007289001, went above the threshold of 5% and that the
percentage of voting rights on that day amounted to 5.175% (592,302
shares). Pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 WpHG, these voting rights
are in their entirety attributable to Threadneedle Investment Services
Limited, London, UK. These voting rights are directly held by Threadneedle
Investment Funds ICVC.

to § 21 sec. 1 WpHG on 2 February 2010, that on 28 January 2010 the share
of voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld, Germany,
ISIN: DE0007289001, went above the threshold of 5% and that the percentage
of voting rights on that day amounted to 5.571% (637,670 shares). These
voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Threadneedle Asset
Management Limited, London, UK. pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6
WpHG. These voting rights are directly held by Threadneedle Investment
