PUBLISHING OF STOCKMANN'S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS INFORMATION 2009                 

Stockmann plc publishes the Financial Statements Bulletin 2009 on Friday, 12    
February 2010 at 8 a.m.                                                         

A press and analyst conference in Finnish will be held at 9 a.m. at the World   
Trade Center, Aleksanterinkatu 17, Helsinki. At the conference,                 
the financial statements will be presented by CEO Hannu Penttilä and the
outlook for the divisions by the directors of the divisions. 

Furthermore, CEO Hannu Penttilä will host a conference call in English on 12    
February 2010, at 11 a.m. Finnish time (GMT +2h) presenting the financial       
statements and the outlook for the divions. To participate the conference call,
