GameFly, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering


LOS ANGELES, Feb. 10, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GameFly, Inc. ("GameFly") announced today that it filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The shares in the offering will be offered by GameFly and certain selling stockholders.  The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

BofA Merrill Lynch and Piper Jaffray & Co. will be acting as joint book-running managers, with Cowen and Company and William Blair & Company acting as co-managers, for the proposed offering. The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
