ANNOUNCEMENT OF OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES    

PKC Group Oyj has received today a notification with reference to Chapter 2,    
paragraph 9 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act.                              

The share of votes and share capital in PKC Group Oyj hold by Ilmarinen Mutual  
Pension Insurance Company (Business ID 0107638-1) has exceeded the limit of 5%  
on 18 February 2010. Following the transaction Ilmarinen Mutual Pension         
Insurance Company owns 869,685 PKC Group Oyj shares, which means 5.45% share    
capital and share of votes.                                                     

The amount of shares of PKC Group Oyj on 18 February 2010 totalled in           
17,781,522. The company has one series of shares.
