(OTCBB:SNSX), a leading designer and retailer of high quality menswear, announced that on January 27, 2010 the Securities and Exchange Commission declared effective the company's Registration Statement on Form S-1, a copy of which is available at www.sec.gov. In connection with the effectiveness, FINRA has assigned Sunset Suits the new ticker symbol "SNSX."
