Sirius XM Radio Inc. (SIRI) is a satellite radio provider in the United States. Through its satellite radio systems, the SIRIUS system and the XM system, the Company offers commercial free music channels as well as sports, news, talk, entertainment, traffic, weather and data content channels. The SIRIUS system consists of three in-orbit satellites, approximately 120 terrestrial repeaters that receive and retransmit signals, satellite uplink facilities and studios.
