MGA Holding AB och Trulscom AB offentliggjorde den 22 februari 2010 ett
pressmeddelande med information om ett budpliktsbud till aktieägarna i Tilgin
AB. Enligt gällande regelverk blir ett bolag noterat på NASDAQ OMX Stockholm
placerat på observationsavdelningen om bolaget är föremål för ett offentligt
uppköpserbjudande eller om en budgivare har offentliggjort sin avsikt att lämna
ett erbjudande med avseende på bolaget. 

Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att handeln
med aktierna i Tilgin (TILG, ISIN-code SE0001131269, orderbook-ID 37679) skall
ske på observationsavdelningen. Aktierna överförs fr.o.m. imorgon den 24
februari 2010. 

MGA Holding AB och Trulscom AB published on February 22nd, 2010 a pressrelease
with information about a public offer to the shareholders in Tilgin AB. The
current rules of the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB state that a listed company will
be placed on the observation segment if the company is subject to a public
offer or if a bidder has disclosed its intention to raise such a bid in respect
of the company. 
	
With reference to what is stated above the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided
that the shares in Tilgin (TILG, ISIN-code SE0001131269, orderbook-ID 37679)
will be placed on the observation segment. The shares will be transferred with
effect from tomorrow February 24th 2010.
