Fifth Street Finance Corp. Promotes Bernard D. Berman to President and Announces New Board Member


WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Feb. 25, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fifth Street Finance Corp. (NYSE:FSC) ("Fifth Street") announced today that Bernard D. Berman has been promoted to President and Richard Dutkiewicz has been added to the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Valuation Committee.
