NuMobile, Inc. Wireless Solutions to Be Featured in China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. Sales Conference Next Week in Shanghai

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - March 2, 2010) - China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB : CCTR )
is scheduled to feature NuMobile, Inc.'s (OTCBB : NUBL ) wireless solutions
during its upcoming Pacific Rim Conference, scheduled for next week in
Shanghai. NuMobile previously announced plans to kick off its part of a
special purpose
Wi-Fi pilot in conjunction with the conference. NuMobile has been selected
by China Crescent to provide a key proprietary software component in a
special purpose
Wi-Fi solution. China Crescent announced receiving a $1.6 million original
design manufacturing (ODM) purchase order from a confidential Japanese
customer for 100 sets of a special purpose Wi-Fi communication device.
Based on a formal letter of intent, the Japanese customer has committed to
purchase 10,000 of the custom Wi-Fi devices for a total of $160 million
dollars over the next three years, subject to the performance of the first
100 sets. China Crescent is NuMobile's strategic partner in China and the
two companies have formed a partnership to sell, service and market
NuMobile's products in China, including its smartphone and mobile computing
solutions.
