LEMMINKÄINEN CORPORATION PRESS RELEASE 10.3.2010, 9.15 FRANK MATHILLAS APPOINTED MANAGING DIRECTOR OF LEMMINKÄINEN NORGE Frank Mathillas (B. 1968) has been appointed to serve as the new managing director of Lemminkäinen Group's Lemminkäinen Norge AS with effect from 1 June 2010. Lemminkäinen Norge is Lemminkäinen Infra Oy's subsidiary operating in Norway. Frank Mathillas has been a regional director with Lemminkäinen Norge since 2005. Mathillas takes the reins of the company from Arne Frank Johansen, who will be retiring at the end of 2010 in accordance with terms of his contract.
