On 12.03.2010. the council of Hipotēku banka elected new members of the board of Hipotēku banka - Baiba Brigmane and Gints Āboltiņš. Baiba Brigmane is a deputy of Riga City Council since 2005. From march 2009 till february 2010 she was a member of a council of Hipotēku banka. Gints Āboltiņš last work place is Latvijas Garantiju aģentūra, Ltd. From August 2009 he takes a position of a chairman af a board.
