At the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of AS "PrivatBank" held on 12 March 2010, the decision was made on the planned AS "PrivatBank" equity capital increase to 40 470 000 LVL by raising additional capital in the amount of 20 235 000 LVL and issuing 20 235 000 registered voting shares of common stock with the nominal value of 1.00 LVL per share.
