The Company hereby announces its preliminary announcement of the Annual Report 2009. For the year ended 31 December 2009, consolidated profits amounted to USD 52.358 million, which is 48% above the USD 35.356 million achieved in 2008. Sharesholders' equity increased from USD 315.273 million at the end of 2008 to USD 374.932 million at the end of 2009.
