Basis is Satisfactory Business Development 2009
Based on the sustainable revenue increase and the satisfactory business
development 2009 the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of
SolarWorld AG will propose to the Annual General Meeting on 20 May 2010 an
increased dividend of EUR 0.16 (previous year: EUR 0.15) per share. This
means there have been dividend continuity and profit-sharing with
shareholders for ten years. The distribution rate amounts to 30 per
cent.
