CITYCON OYJ Stock Exchange Announcement 16 March 2010 at 9:30 hrs Trading and subscription period with Citycon's 2004 B options to end Share subscription period by exercising B options under Citycon's stock option plan 2004 will expire on 31 March 2010. Trading in B options on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki will end on 24 March 2010. Those 2004 B options that have not been exercised for share subscription before the end of March will be deleted from the book-entry accounts of their holders and from the book-entry securities system as worthless. A maximum of 666,104 new shares can further be subscribed for by exercising B options under the 2004 stock option plan. The share subscription prices of 2004 B/C-options decrease today, on the record date for dividend payment and equity return, by half of the per-share dividend and equity return decided by the AGM on 11 March 2010, i.e. by EUR 0.07. The new share subscription price of 2004 B options is EUR 2.5208 and of C options EUR 4.2213. Citycon's Board of Directors will approve share subscriptions made by the end of March in its meeting of 20 April 2010 at the latest. Shareholder entitlements related to subscribed shares become effective once such shares have been entered in the Trade Register, approximately on 22 April 2010, and the trading on the following day, approximately on 23 April 2010.
