PKC Group Oyj Company Announcement 16 March 2010	2.00 p.m.

PKC'S CO-DETERMINATION NEGOTIATIONS IN KEMPELE HAVE ENDED

PKC Group Oyj's subsidiary, PKC Wiring Systems Oy, has today finalised the
co-determination negotiations in Kempele wiring harness unit.

Negotiations were conducted on the basis of employer's initiative made on 19
January 2010, according to which the estimated need for personnel cuts totalled
45. As a result of the negotiations the need for personnel cuts was specified to
45 persons.

Rationalisation measures lead to approximately EUR 0.7 million in non-recurring
expenses for the first quarter on this year. This has no effect on the
previously published outlook for the future. These measures are continuance for
the earlier strategic decision to end wiring harnesses production and reduce
support functions in Kempele.
