ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN: A0F6MD, have fallen below the 3% limit of the
Voting Rights on March 10, 2010, and on that day amounted to 2.27% (this
corresponds to 1318833 Voting Rights).
These 2.27% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1318833 Voting
Rights) are to be attributed to Mr. Dr. Hubertus Hoffmann according to Sec.
22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 1 of the WpHG. These Voting Rights are attributed
from the following companies, which are controlled by Mr. Dr. Hubertus
Hoffmann:
- Active Value Investors Fund Advisor N.V. (formerly General Capital Group
Fund Advisor N.V.)
- AVI Germany Fund I (formerly GCG Germany Fund I)
Furthermore, these 2.27% of the Voting Rights (that corresponds to 1318833
Voting Rights) are also to be attributed to Mr. Dr. Hubertus Hoffmann
according to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 of the WpHG in connection with
Sec. 22 para. 1 sent 2 of the WpHG from AVI Germany Fund I (formerly GCG
Germany Fund I).
On March 12, 2010, Active Value Investors Fund Advisor N.V. (formerly
General Capital Group Fund Advisor N.V.), Curacao, Netherlands Antilles,
has informed us according to Sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Praktiker Bau- und Heimwerkermärkte Holding AG,
Kirkel, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN: A0F6MD, have fallen below the 3%
limit of the Voting Rights on March 10, 2010, and on that day amounted to
2.27% (this corresponds to 1318833 Voting Rights).
According to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 1 and No. 6 of the WpHG 2.27% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1318833 Voting Rights) are to be
attributed to the company from AVI Germany Fund I (formerly GCG Germany
Fund I).
On March 12, 2010, AVI Germany Fund I (formerly GCG Germany Fund I), George
Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, has informed us according to Sec. 21
para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Praktiker Bau- und
Heimwerkermärkte Holding AG, Kirkel, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN:
A0F6MD, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on March 10,
2010, and on that day amounted to 2.27% (this corresponds to 1318833 Voting
