The Nomination Committee's proposal regarding number of directors of the board
of directors, composition of the board of directors and chairman of the board
of directors of Doro AB (publ)

Prior to the Annual General Meeting 2010 in Doro AB (publ), the nomination
process has been conducted by a Nomination Committee consisting of Tedde
Jeansson (Originat AB), Arne Bernroth (Nordea Bank) and the chairman of the
board of directors, Bo Kastensson. Tedde Jeansson is the chairman of the
Nomination Committee. 

The Nomination Committee proposes the following to the Annual General Meeting
2010 in addition to what has been provided for in the notice convening the
Annual General Meeting. 

Number of directors of the board of directors: five directors with no deputy
directors. 
Directors of the board of directors: re-election of Bo Kastensson, Peter Blom,
Karin Moberg,Jonas Mårtensson and Jérôme Arnaud. 
Chairman of the board of directors: Bo Kastensson.

The Company has been informed that shareholders representing approximately 40
percent of the total number of votes in the Company will support the Nomination
Committee's proposal of an unaltered board.
