Admission to trading of Arise Windpower AB on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm (40/10)

On request of Arise Windpower AB, company registration number 556274-6726,
NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has admitted the company's shares to trading on NASDAQ
OMX Stockholm, with effect from March 24th, 2010. The decision is conditional
upon that Arise Windpower AB can meet the requirements regarding liquidity. 

During the period between March 24th and March 29th, 2010 the trading in the
shares of Arise Windpower AB is conditioned of certain events, see below. The
shares will during this period be traded under the heading “When-issued”. 

Quotation of share capital is SEK 1 724 885,6 equivalent to 21 561 070 shares.
This is before the issue of new shares in connection to the listing. The new
shares will be registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office during
week 13.

Trading on a ”when-issued basis”
According to Arise Windpower AB's prospectus the trading in the shares of Arise
Windpower AB will commence before all conditions of the offering are fulfilled.
The trading between March 24th and March 29th 2010 will therefore be
conditioned of that the requirements regarding liquidity are fulfilled, that
the contract is signed about distribution of shares between Arise Windpower AB,
the founders and ABGSC, (to be signed around March 23rd) that the conditions of
the contract are fullfiled, and that the agreement is kept (see pages 22-23 in
the prospectus). If the offering is cancelled,  no shares will be distributed.
