As of March 17, 2010, Kreissparkasse Biberach, Biberach, Germany, informed
us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on March 10, 2010, the percentage
holding of voting rights in MEDICLIN Aktiengesellschaft, Okenstraße 27,
77652 Offenburg, Germany, crossed below the threshold of 3 % and since that
day amounted to 2.95 % (equivalent to 1,403,173 voting rights).

As of March 12, 2010, LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH,
Stuttgart, Germany, informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on
March 10, 2010, the percentage holding of voting rights in MEDICLIN
Aktiengesellschaft, Okenstraße 27, 77652 Offenburg, Germany, crossed below
the threshold of 3 % and amounted since that day to 2.954 % (equivalent to
1,403,173 voting rights). The voting rights in the amount of 2.954 %
(equivalent of 1,403,173 voting rights) are attributable to LBBW Asset
Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence
