The Board of "Parex Asset Management" IPAS has announced the reduction of emission volume of the close-end fund "Parex Baltic High Yield Fund", managed by the Company. According to the previously published information, reduction of the Fund's emission for EUR 1`500`000 took place on March 15, 2010. Emission volume has been extended to all shares of the Fund proportionally. Respectively, current value of each share of the Fund (as at February 26, 2010) has been reduced for EUR 300. Also, the profit gained from the reduction of the Fund's emission has been paid to the Fund's investors. Next date of the Fund's share value calculation has been set as March 31, 2010 and will be up to April 07, 2010.
