At the beginning of the financial year 2008 several holders of profit
participation certificates (Genussrechtsinhaber) have initiated legal
proceedings against COREALCREDIT BANK AG. They took the view that their
entitlement to repayment under the following participation rights shall not
be impaired by losses up to and including the 2008 financial year.
The action related to the following profit participation rights:

WKN 810 304
WKN 810 305
WKN 810 309
WKN 516 975
The Cologne Regional Court delivered its verdict dismissing the action on
19 March 2010 (Cologne Regional Court reference: 87 O 159/08). The court
has yet to state the reasons for its verdict. COREALCREDIT BANK AG is
currently unaware of whether the plaintiffs will lodge an appeal.
