ActionView International, Inc. Files Form 15 to Facilitate Disclosure of Financial Information Through the OTC Markets Website

Application for Pink OTC Markets' Disclosure and News Service Has Been Submitted

MURRIETA, Calif., March 22, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVEW) has filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in order to allow the company to provide additional information for its shareholders and the public markets by posting quarterly and annual financial information at www.otcmarkets.com. ActionView International filed the Suspension of Duty to File Reports under Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 on Form 15 with the SEC on March 19th.

The company had previously announced its intention to utilize the OTC Markets site to post its financial information, and on March 16, 2010, ActionView received correspondence from Pink OTC Markets Inc., which operates www.otcmarkets.com, stating that a Form 15 must be filed for the OTC Markets site to display stock quote information for the company.

The application for the Pink OTC Markets' Disclosure and News Service has been submitted including the appropriate fees -- necessary steps in removing the Caveat Emptor designation from the company's stock quote.

"Filing the Form 15 became an even greater priority since it was required for our stock quotation to be included on the OTC Markets site," said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Gary Nerison. "We had intended to use the Pink OTC Markets' Disclosure and News Service as a venue to post the company's financial information, so filing the Form 15 and subscribing to the service were the next logical steps in this process. We have submitted the application for the Pink OTC service and expect to have our first financial filing posted to the OTC site shortly.

"Reporting financial results through this venue has become more popular among emerging public companies, due to the increased costs of compliance for the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and other markets. We believe that this is the most appropriate strategy for ActionView International in order to control expenses as the company grows revenues through the activities of its MatchFights subsidiary. As the company moves forward, we will continue to evaluate the potential upside of additional market listings or stock registrations."

ActionView International's wholly-owned MatchFights subsidiary delivers the most exciting brand of full contact fighting under its World Championship Full Contact (WCFC) banner. MatchFights' events are broadcast live in high definition to a worldwide audience over the Internet, and revenue is derived from pay-per-view buys. The first WCFC event is being held on Saturday, April 3, 2010 at The Rail Event Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, and the fight card for the event consists of two main event bouts and six main cards fights with fighters that range from flyweight to light heavyweight classifications.

Fight fans, fighters, promoters, trainers and ring girls are encouraged to visit the WCFC website at www.wcfc.com to set up a personal profile and join the first and only comprehensive content driven MMA web community dedicated to fighting. The site harnesses the power of social networks, allowing users to connect and share information about their favorite fighters, fights and events. A comprehensive marketing program is being implemented which is expected to result in www.wcfc.com becoming the dominant fighting website in the world and draw consumers for WCFC events broadcast over the Internet.
